Equipment

  • 1 silicone mold

Ingredients

  • 1 medium rip banana
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree not pie filling

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a medium bowl
  • Stir in the peanut butter and pumpkin until well blended
  • Spoon the mixture into a treat mold, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight

Notes

Be sure NOT to use peanut butter that contains xylitol or other artificial sweeteners.
Use pure pumpkin, not pie filling.
You can use a piping bag to make filling the molds easier.
