- 1 medium rip banana
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree not pie filling
Mash the banana in a medium bowl
Stir in the peanut butter and pumpkin until well blended
Spoon the mixture into a treat mold, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight
Be sure NOT to use peanut butter that contains xylitol or other artificial sweeteners.
Use pure pumpkin, not pie filling.
You can use a piping bag to make filling the molds easier.
