Quick and Easy Ghost Pepper Dip

Ghost pepper dip is a super quick and easy dip made with ghost pepper puree, sour cream and mayo. Just add fresh veggies and crackers for an easy appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ teaspoon ghost pepper puree
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the mayo and sour cream
  • Mix in the pepper puree
  • Add the garlic powder and paprika, and mix until well blended
  • Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve

Notes

I suggest adding the ghost pepper puree gradually, tasting as you go. You can always add more puree if needed, as it is definitely spicy.
