Ham Apple and Provolone Cheese Wraps

Deli ham, provolone cheese and apple slices with a creamy Dijon mustard spread wrapped up in a veggie tortilla

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Virginia Ham
  • 4 slices Smoked Provolone Cheese
  • 1 large apple sliced ( I used Granny Smith )
  • 2 veggie tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Mix the cream cheese and the Dijon mustard until well combined
  • Spread the mixture on the tortillas
  • Add 3 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese to each tortilla
  • Add several apple slices on top of the cheese
  • Roll the tortillas up, and slice each in half
