Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Cinnamon Glaze
3 ingredient pumpkin spice muffins topped with a delicious cinnamon glaze
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 15- oz can of pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk
Mix the pumpkin and the cake mix together in a large bowl, and stir in the white chocolate chips.
Spoon into a greased or paper-lined muffin tin, and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clear.
Top with additional white chocolate chips if desired.
Mix the powdered sugar, cinnamon and milk together, and drizzle lightly over the tops of the muffins.
