Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef

This easy slow cooker teriyaki beef recipe is simple to make with bottled sauce and broccoli. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner and only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

Instructions

  • Spray the bottom and sides of a slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
  • Place beef in slow cooker
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over beef
  • Cover, and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low. Add broccoli in the last hour of cooking
  • Optional -- to thicken sauce, mix 1 tablespoon corn starch with 1 tablespoon cold water to form a slurry, and stir into sauce when you add broccoli

Times will vary with different slow cookers -- mine cooks very fast. 
You can cook the broccoli separately or add your choice of veggies.
