Stuffed Celery
Mom's stuffed celery recipe with cream cheese is an easy appetizer that takes minutes to make. This family favorite is super simple and perfect for holidays, parties and potlucks.

- 6 celery stalks rinsed and trimmed
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- chopped chives optional
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy
Add the seasonings, and mix until well combined
Spoon filling into each celery stalk, and smooth with a knife until smooth and even
Slice each filled stalk into smaller pieces, and top with chopped chives
Refrigerate until ready to serve, and refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
You can slice the celery before stuffing, but stuffing it prior to filling is slightly easier.
Make sure to dry the ribs thoroughly before stuffing.
You can sub Italian seasoning or dried parsley for the herbes de Provence.
