The Best Broccoli Cranberry Salad

My easy broccoli cranberry salad recipe combines crunchy broccoli, dried cranberries, sweet carrots, apples and candied pecans in the most delicious creamy dressing. Perfect for any gathering or as a simple side dish anytime!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw broccoli florets about 2 medium heads
  • 2 medium honey crisp apples rinsed and diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped candied pecans

Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • pinch sea salt to taste
  • pinch ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the dressing ingredients until well blended
  • Add the chopped broccoli, diced apples, carrots, cranberries and pecans
  • Stir until well coated with the dressing
  • Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve

Notes

You can swap lemon juice or red wine vinegar for the cider vinegar.
If you can't find candied pecans, use regular pecans or sub almond slices or walnuts.
Be sure to chop broccoli into bite size pieces.
