The Most Delicious Broccoli Apple Salad

My easy Broccoli apple salad recipe combines fresh broccoli, crisp apples, raisins and carrots in a ranch-flavored creamy dressing. This simple side salad is perfect for potlucks and cookouts!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets about 2 medium heads
  • 2 medium gala apples rinsed and diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup raisins

Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning like Hidden Valley
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • pinch sea salt to taste
  • pinch ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the dressing ingredients until well blended
  • Add the chopped broccoli, diced apples, carrots and raisins
  • Stir until well coated with the dressing
  • Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve

Notes

Store in airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 2 days.
You can sub lemon juice or red wine vinegar for the apple cider.
Greek yogurt can be used in place of sour cream.
