In a medium sized bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir until combined and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter until fluffy.
Add in the white sugar and brown sugar. Beat until combined.
Mix in the vanilla.
Add one egg and beat. Then, beat in the second egg.
Gradually add in the dry ingredient mixture. Mix until fully combined.
With a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Twix bars.
Using a large cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons), scoop the dough into balls. Set the dough balls on a prepared baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
In the mean time, preheat the oven at 350°F.
Set the cookie dough balls on a prepared baking sheet, making sure they're at least 2 inches apart from each other.
Place the extra chocolate chips and chopped Twix bars on top of the coookie dough balls.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. The edges should be firm and golden brown.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack or plate.
