Pineapple Teriyaki Crock-Pot Ham

Bone-in ham flavored with pineapples and teriyaki sauce and cooked in the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in spiral cut ham (I used Hormel Cure 81)
  • 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Place ham in the slow cooker
  • Pour pineapple, teriyaki sauce and brown sugar over ham
  • Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours, or until ham is heated throughout and internal temperature reaches 140 to 150 degrees
  • Arrange ham on platter, and spoon sauce over ham
