Birds Nest Cookies

These adorable birds nest cookies are no-bake treats made with chow mein noodles, peanut butter, chocolate and candy eggs. Perfect for Easter and Spring and easy enough for kids to help make!

Ingredients

  • cups milk chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
  • 1 bag Cadbury mini chocolate eggs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and the peanut butter in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each interval
  • Mix in the chow mein noodles until evenly coated
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture and drop onto wax paper lined baking sheets, and shape into birds nests
  • Press 3 mini eggs on the top of each birds nest
  • Refrigerate until cool and firm

Notes

Add the mini chocolate eggs onto the birds nests while the chocolate is still melty to ensure the eggs will stick. 
Store in refrigerator if your house is warm.
