Blackstone Asparagus
Asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle is perfectly cooked in minutes using this easy Blackstone asparagus recipe. It's our favorite Blackstone side dish!

- 1 pound asparagus
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil divided
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Wash, dry and cut the ends off the asparagus
In a medium mixing bowl, add the prepared asparagus, 1 Tbsp avocado oil, the sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix until well combined
Heat the griddle to medium heat, and spread remaining 2 Tablespoons avocado oil evenly over the surface of the griddle
Place asparagus on the griddle in an even layer, and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally with grilling spatula, or until cooked to your liking
Thinner spears work best as they cook faster and are more tender than thicker pieces.
Total time will depend upon how done you like your veggies and the thickness of the asparagus.
