In a small mixing bowl, add the popcorn kernels and 2 teaspoons avocado oil. Mix until the popcorn kernels are evenly coated in oil
Heat one side of the griddle to high heat
Add butter to a small foil pan, and place on griddle
Spread the remaining avocado oil evenly over the surface of the griddle
Evenly place popcorn kernels on the griddle
Immediately cover popcorn kernels with a cooking dome, and constantly swirl the dome around the griddle
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until popping sounds slow down, and the popped corn starts to lift up the cooking dome
Remove dome, and immediately transfer popcorn to the unheated side of the griddle by using a spatula
Drizzle melted butter over the popcorn and season with salt
Transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately
