- 8 cups popcorn
- 3 cups mini pretzel twists
- 2 cups rice chex cereal
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini eggs
- 1 cup m & m candy
- ½ cup mini marshmallow bits
- spring sprinkles
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper, and spread Rice Chex cereal and popcorn and pretzels evenly on baking pan
Melt white chocolate according to package directions, and use spoon to drizzle evenly over cereal and popcorn
Drop candy and marshmallows evenly over mixture, and sprinkle with colored sugar
Stir, and allow to chocolate to set and mixture to firm up -- about 30 minutes -- before serving.
You can leave out marshmallow bits if you can't find them, but they are usually in the same aisle as the regular marshmallows.
Optional - Melt a half cup of candy melts in pastel colors and drizzle over the mixture before adding the candies.
I sometimes leave out either the cereal or pretzels. It is very easy to customize using what you have.
Store in an airtight container in cool, dry place.
