Christmas Wreath Veggie Tray

This Christmas Wreath Veggie Tray is an easy appetizer made with raw vegetables in a simple wreath shape. Our festive veggie tray is perfect for holiday parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 3 small broccoli crowns
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes or small cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Wash the vegetables, and pat dry
  • Slice cucumber into thin rounds
  • Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite size florets
  • Cut the bottom and top of the bell pepper to use for the bow. Slice the sides into strips to form the ribbons
  • Place a small bowl in the center of small round platter. Arrange the cucumbers in an even layer around the bowl
  • Place broccoli florets on top of the cucumbers
  • Place cauliflower and tomatoes on top of the broccoli
  • Arrange pepper pieces on bottom of wreath in the shape of a bow
  • Fill bowl with your favorite veggie dip before serving

Notes

To make ahead of time, prepare veggies and store in zip top bags with damp paper towels in the fridge to keep fresh.
Make the platter the day of serving.
