Easy Halloween Charcuterie Board

An easy Halloween charcuterie board with fruits, veggies, nuts, snacks and a fun Brie mummy. A great addition to your Halloween party.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brie
  • 1 large apple
  • 4 Mandarin oranges peeled
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup olives
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz chocolate covered pretzels
  • 12 round crackers
  • 12 wheat crackers
  • candy eyeballs and mini chocolate chips
  • Halloween candy

Instructions

Apple Monster Mouths

  • Cut the apple into large slices
  • Spread peanut butter on each slice, and add white chocolate chips
  • Place one apple slice on top of another to form a mouth, and repeat

Brie Mummy

  • Cut a thin slice off the top of the Brie wheel
  • Slice into thin strips, and place over the larger piece of Brie to form bandages
  • Add 2 olive slices for the eyes

Orange Pumpkins

  • Place chopped celery into the top of each orange to make pumpkins with stems

Monster Stuffed Celery

  • Cut celery ribs into large pieces, and spread cream cheese inside of each piece
  • Use celery leaves for hair, and add mini chocolate chips and candy eyes for the faces
  • Arrange all ingredients on a large cutting board or rimmed baking sheet

Notes

The best way to make the Halloween board ahead of time is to prep everything, store wrapped or in individual zip top bags, and refrigerate if necessary. Assemble the board right before serving.
Brush apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Refrigerate any uneaten dairy products within 2 hours of serving.
