How to Make a Halloween Charcuterie Board
You will need to assemble the apple monster mouth, Brie mummy, monster stuffed celery and mandarin pumpkins.
Cut the apple into thick slices. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each slice, and place a few white chocolate chips on the edge of each slice to make teeth. Then, gently press two apple slices together.
Slice a thin layer off of the top of the Brie wheel. Then, cut this layer into thin strips. Arrange the strips to form bandages on the thicker half of the Brie. Place two black olive slices on the cheese to form eyes.

Peel the oranges, and place a piece of chopped celery on top to form the stems.
Make stuffed celery, top with cut celery leaves, and add candy eyes and mini chocolate chips for the face.
Place these items on a large cutting board, and arrange the remaining food items to fill up the board.

The best part about making this charcuterie board for Halloween is the mummy. I love that you can use Brie in so many different designs, like this bunny shape for Easter!
Tips for Making a Fun Halloween Snack Board
Have everything prepped and ready to go for faster assembly.
The Brie is easiest to slice when it’s cold and not at room temperature.
Don’t forget to add a small cheese knife as well as small forks and spoons for easier serving.
Place the dairy items back into the fridge if not consumed within 2 hours after serving for safety.
You can use a large rimmed baking sheet instead of a cutting board.
Want a spooky snack board? Add some toy spiders, skeleton hands or other spooky decorations.
Can I Make the Board Ahead of Time?
Yes, you can make it earlier in the day. But I recommend brushing the apple with lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown. You’ll also want to cover the food with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. A great alternative is to prep the food and place in zip top bags until ready to assemble.
Can I Make this Nut Free?
Instead of peanut butter, use a different spread like cookie butter for the apple monster mouths and omit the cashews. You can also use cream cheese.
