    Easy Summer Cookout Menu Ideas

    Hi friends, and Happy Independence Day! Since the Fourth of July falls on a Saturday this year, I know many of us are celebrating with cookouts and family gatherings throughout the long weekend. And a few lucky folks are enjoying extended vacations into the next week. So, I thought I would share a few of our family's favorite easy summer cookout menu ideas, just in case you need a little inspiration on what to bring to your next cookout.

    Bacon Cheddar Guacamole Burger -- Everyone loves a good burger, right? And not only are these cheeseburgers super tasty, but they're also very easy to make!

    Tropical Fruit Salad --  You can throw this easy fruit salad together in a matter of minutes, and with the tangy lime dressing, it'll keep for a day or two after the cookout is over!

    Grandma's Potato Salad -- This old-timey potato salad contains only a few simple ingredients, and it's perfect for potlucks!

    Easy Peach Cake -- This peach cake is one of our favorite desserts, and it's also my most popular post. Plus it disappears fast!

    Strawberry Poke Cake -- If you love strawberries, this easy poke cake is for you and all of your family and friends! You can also top if off with a few blueberries for a little patriotic flair.

    Patriotic Bark -- Even when the holiday is over, you can still enjoy a little red, white and blue!

    Easy Flip Flop Cookies -- These cute little treats are fun to make, and they're perfect for pool parties!
