If you’re looking for Easter charcuterie board ideas that are easy to make, you’ll love this cute Easter bunny charcuterie board. This easy appetizer is kind of a cross between an Easter veggie tray, an Easter fruit tray and an Easter cheese board.
We have been making traditional charcuterie boards for Easter and other holidays for a few years now. My daughter loves to assemble them and does an amazing job! You can go all out and use a variety of meats and a variety of cheeses, plus salami roses and fresh fresh fruits and veggies.
Or, you can choose the easy way and make a smaller appetizer board with just the basics — like this one!

This is a very simple small board that is just the right size for a smaller gathering and does not take a long time to prepare.
The cute bunny shape elevates your basic meat and cheese tray into a nicer presentation for Easter brunch or dinner.
You can easily swap out different ingredients to put your own spin on this Easter themed charcuterie board.

What You Need
Here are the basics. Full amounts are listed in the printable recipe card below.
- Brie cheese — for the bunny’s head, body and tie. You will need 2 smaller wheels of Brie for this
- Salami — We like the texture and taste, but you can use other cured meats.
- Crackers — smaller squares, rounds and rectangles to eat with the cheese and meat
- Fresh fruit — We used strawberries and red grapes this time, but apple slices also pair well with brie. You can really use your favorite fruit here
- Celery and carrots — celery sticks form the grass, and carrots can be sliced and/or cut for more of a garnish.
- Candy — a few mini chocolate eggs or your favorite Easter candy
- Rectangular tray — I used a 14×10 cutting board, but a similar size or a 13×9 sheet pan will work
How to Make an Easter Bunny Charcuterie Board
To assemble the bunny, outline two evenly curved arcs on opposite sides of one wheel of brie for the ears and bowtie. Cut with a sharp knife, and place the bow tie underneath the second wheel of brie and the ears above.



To assemble the salami rose, line up five pieces of salami onto a flat surface, and roll together to create the center of the rose. Place slices of salami flat onto a small serving glass–exact number of slices will depend on glass size–and add the rolled up salami in the center of the dish.




Finish assembling the board by placing various fruits, vegetables, crackers and seasonal candies around the bunny.

Quick Tips
Make sure the brie is cold when slicing for clean cuts.
Let the salami warm up slightly for easier folding.
For easier assembly, work from the outside in when building up the board.
Try not to place the same type of snacks together for a more aesthetically pleasing board.
Serving Suggestions
We like to serve other Easter appetizers like deviled eggs, stuffed celery, Bunny bait and Mini egg dip with the board. You can also add homemade ranch, spicy ghost pepper dip or this sweet fruit dip on the side.
Storage Tips
If you have room in the fridge, you can place the entire board in the refrigerator. I recommend prepping the food beforehand and storing the cut veggies and the fruit in plastic storage bags in the fridge until ready to serve. You can store any leftovers in an airtight container or storage bags for a day or two.

Easter Bunny Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz Brie wheels
- 13 pieces salami
- 1 bunch red grapes rinsed
- 4 carrots peeled and cut into strips
- 4 celery stalks washed, cut into strips
- 1 pint strawberries rinsed
- crackers
- ΒΌ cup mini egg candies
Instructions
- Make the bunny by cutting two even arcs on opposite sides of one wheel of brie to make the ears and bowtie. Place the second wheel of brie on the middle of the serving board, and add the bowtie underneath and the ears on above
- Make the salami rose by adding slices of salami around a small serving glass. Fold 5 pieces of salami in half, line up on a flat surface, roll and place in the middle of the serving glass to create the center of the rose. Add to the serving board
- Place celery sticks on the bottom of the board to represent grass
- Add grapes, carrots sticks, strawberries, crackers and mini egg candies until serving board is fully covered
- Serve immediately
