This post was sponsored by Bertolli, but all opinions and images are my own.

Are you familiar with the Tuscan way of cooking? It's simple, rustic and basically all about using a few ingredients to create bold flavors -- think hearty peasant food. I'm all about making easy comfort food, so Tuscan-style cooking is right up my alley!

I made this quick and easy one pan Tuscan garlic chicken dinner the other night in less than 30 minutes, using only a few ingredients. And you know what? Pasta isn't one of them! Now as much as I love pasta, I wanted to keep this dish as simple as possible. And since beans are common in Tuscan cuisine, I used cannellini beans instead of pasta.

I started out by seasoning some chicken tenders and browning them in some olive oil, which is also a staple in Tuscan cooking.

Then, I added the beans and a jar of Bertolli Olive Oil and Garlic Sauce. It's rich, thick and perfectly seasoned, so there's no need to add any extra herbs or spices. In other words, it's a great time saver, which is what you want when you need to get dinner on the table in a hurry.

The dish needed a little extra color and freshness, so I added some baby kale. And that's really all you need to make this easy one pan chicken dinner.

Serve it with some crusty bread, and you've got a delicious, easy weeknight dinner the whole family will love.
