red white and blue cheesecake dip with cherries and blueberries in red pie dish.

If you’re looking for an easy red, white and blue dessert for Memorial Day, the 4th of July or any patriotic holiday, try this red, white and blue cheesecake dip recipe.

It’s basically a crustless no-bake cheesecake topped with blueberry and cherry pie filling, and it is seriously one of the easiest desserts ever.

I based this dessert dip on my lemon blueberry dip and cherry dip. Instead of using just one fruit, this sweet fruit dip uses two.

Why you’ll love this easy patriotic dessert!

It’s a no-bake dessert, so you won’t heat up the kitchen.

So simple and takes minutes to make. Anyone can do this!

If you’re a fan of old-school frozen cheesecakes that were popular back in the day, you will definitely enjoy this easy recipe. My family certainly does!

cans of pie filling, cool whip, marshmallow fluff and cream cheese.

What You Need

Here are the basic ingredients for the dip. Full amounts are listed in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • Cream cheese — softened at room temperature
  • Marshmallow fluff — or marshmallow cream for sweetness
  • Cool whip — or any whipped topping, makes the dip light and creamy. Whipped cream doesn’t work as well here.Vanilla extract — for added flavor
  • Canned pie filling — I use blueberry and cherry. Strawberry would also work, but cherry is just a personal preference
  • Dippers — graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, pretzels, Biscoff cookies all work well here. Fresh fruit is also a great option!

How to Make Red White and Blue Cheesecake Dip

First, you whip the cream cheese until it’s nice and fluffy. Then, mix in the Cool Whip and marshmallow creme. Spread the mixture into pie dish or shallow baking dish, and top with the pie filling. We alternated rows of cherries and blueberries and left a border of white filling to make a red, white and blue design.

Quick Tips

Let the cream cheese soften a bit at room temperature so it’s easier to work with.

Make sure the whipped topping has thawed in the fridge.

Store the dip covered or in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It keeps well for 3-4 days.
