This sweet Pumpkin Pie Dessert Dip is quick, easy, fluffy and makes a delicious snack for Thanksgiving or fall entertaining. Your guests will love it!
I just love a quick and easy dip recipe, and this pumpkin pie dip is all that and much, much more! It’s light, fluffy, delicious, and it takes about 5 minutes to make. If you’re looking for simple dip to make for Thanksgiving, you need to check this one out!
There are tons of recipes for pumpkin dip floating around out there, and this one isn’t exactly new. Even though I’ve seen plenty of similar recipes, I still wanted to share my version. It’s a good one — I promise!
Usually, I’m all about savory chip dips and veggie dips. And when I was putting together this roundup of easy party dip recipes, I realized that I only had a couple of sweet dessert dip recipes on the blog. So yes, that needed to change!
This pumpkin pie dip makes a delicious Thanksgiving appetizer, and because it really does taste like pumpkin pie, you can even serve it as an easy dessert, instead of pie. Or, if you want to go all out, serve both. Calories don’t count on holidays, right?!
And like I said, it’s super easy to make. All you do is mix some pumpkin puree with a few other ingredients. Then, you mix in some whipped topping and let it chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve it.
I thought the pumpkin dip needed a little something extra, so we added some pretty fall sprinkles over the top. And that’s all there is to it. You and your guests can just dig right in!
So, what do you serve with a dessert dip? Try
- Gingersnap cookies
- Graham crackers
- Shortbread cookies
- Apple slices
- Pretzels
Or, you can just eat it with a spoon. That may or may not have happened here, so I won’t judge.
And really, you don’t have to save this pumpkin pie dip for Thanksgiving. It’s perfect for fall potlucks, Halloween parties or whenever you need an easy dip. If you like pumpkin pie at Christmas, this dip would be a perfect addition to your holiday dessert menu.
