I actually had a completely different post planned for today, but after I whipped up this super easy three ingredient chip dip, I had to share it ASAP. Honestly, it's that good. And, you can be noshing on this quick and easy creamy salsa verde dip in about 5 minutes!

It all started over the weekend. We had an early breakfast on Saturday, and by early afternoon, we were all starving. Personally, I was craving something a little salty and spicy -- something with a little kick. We had plenty of chips on hand, so we just needed an easy dip to go with them.

I love dips. They make everything taste better. Really! And if you feel the same way, you just may want to check out these other easy dip recipes:

    • Cucumber Dill Dip
    • Avocado Crab Dip
    • Avocado Bacon Ranch Dip

After rummaging through the fridge, I came up with a few ingredients for a quick dip recipe. Actually, this recipe for salsa verde dip calls for only three ingredients -- you can't beat that! You can use it for chips, veggies, crackers or whatever you feel like snacking on.

I also have a thing for salsa verde. In fact, One Pot Salsa Verde Chicken Pasta was the inspiration for this dip! All you do is mix the cream cheese, sour cream and salsa verde together, and you're good to go.

    Seriously, how easy is that?!
