Easy cherry cheesecake dip tastes just like a no bake cheesecake. But instead of making a crust, you use graham crackers for dipping!

This sweet treat is cool, creamy and absolutely delicious. It's also incredibly easy to make, so it's ideal for a quick dessert or a fun party dip.

You can serve this delicious dip for any occasion. It's the perfect make ahead dessert for holiday parties during the Christmas season, and it's also an easy dessert for Valentine's Day, spring, Easter, summer or Thanksgiving.

    Ingredients

You only need a few simple ingredients to make this 4 ingredient cherry cheesecake dip. They should be easy to find in your grocery store.

    • Cream cheese -- either regular or light cream cheese will work. Softened room temperature cream cheese is ideal
    • Marshmallow fluff -- marshmallow creme
    • Cool Whip -- or any whipped topping
    • Cherry pie filling
    • Graham crackers -- or any dippers for dipping

How to Make Cherry Cheesecake Dip

First, place the cream cheese into a large bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. You can use a stand mixer if you like.

Then, add the marshmallow creme. Beat with the electric mixer until well blended.

beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff with hand mixer

Next, fold in Cool Whip with a spatula or large spoon. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

stir in cool whip with spatula

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a pie dish or square baking dish.

You want to have as much surface area as possible so that everyone can scoop up the cherry topping.

Then, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cheesecake mixture.

    How to Store

Store this no bake cheesecake dip in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. I recommend letting the topping set for 30 minutes to 1 hour for best consistency.

You don't need to cover the dip before serving.

Store leftover cheese cake dip covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. It stays fresh for up to 4 days.

    Make Ahead of Time

You can make cheesecake dip with cherry topping 1 day ahead of time. If you want to make this delicious recipe up to 2 days ahead of time, add the fruit topping the same day you serve it for best taste.

What to Dip in Cheesecake Dip

Graham crackers or chocolate graham crackers are perfect dippers for this no bake cherry cheesecake dip since you get the taste of a graham cracker crust.

We also like to dip vanilla wafers, pretzels, Milano cookies, sugar cookies and shortbread cookies. Really, you can use your favorite dippers here.

    Variations

Use the base of this easy cheesecake dip recipe and add your favorite fruit topping. Top with fresh fruit, like fresh strawberries or blueberries.

Or, use your favorite canned pie filling. Blueberry pie filling tastes amazing with the creamy base!

Add vanilla extract for more vanilla flavor.
